How to run the Xapian indexing script

Change to Arun's user: su aruni

Remove old xapian directory + contents: sudo -u aruni rm -r /export/data/genenetwork/xapian

Run guix shell: /home/zas1024/opt/guix/bin/guix shell --container --network --share=/export/data/genenetwork/ --development --file=guix.scm

Run the indexer script: env PYTHONPATH=. python3 scripts/index-genenetwork /export/data/genenetwork/xapian mysql://webqtlout:webqtlout@127.0.0.1:3306/db_webqtl

OR Put the following in a shell script and run as Arun

rm -r /export/data/genenetwork/xapian && /home/zas1024/opt/guix/bin/guix shell --container --network --share=/export/data/genenetwork/ --development --file=guix.scm -- env PYTHONPATH=. python3 scripts/index-genenetwork /export/data/genenetwork/xapian mysql://webqtlout:webqtlout@127.0.0.1:3306/db_webqtl
