When users make changes using the "Markdown Editing" feature on Genenetwork, the changes are not automatically synchronised to the upstream repository.
We need to at the very least, push changes upstream to, say, a separate branch, that (a) human(s) can use to synchronise the main upstream branch with the updates made on Genenetwork.
This issue will be an exploration the problem space and proposals of solutions.
